the 30-day BuggyBack promise
If you would like a refund after receiving your BuggyCart™ product (excluding shipping costs), you can have one. We will ask why (out of interest and to use the feedback to continually improve), but we will honour the request without question provided it’s within 30 days of the product being delivered.

Send it back to us. Please take care to repack the product as it was originally delivered to you and use registered post. We cannot refund you if we do not get the BuggyCart™ back.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll give you a full refund excluding shipping cost.
